Just now I think of what John Steinbeck once said: „And now that you don´t have to be perfect, you can be good!“

Here on Art Word I show you my art. And because any form of art for me means authenticity and in some way sincerity, I want to tell you something about me:

Maybe I should tell you something about my style, or about the colors I prefer to use, about compositions or certain techniques. But that's exactly what I don't want to tell you about, because you are here, and you see my art-you perceive it. For you, in your own way.

So much more important for me is to "remind" you, and also me, all of us, that behind all that we perceive, there is much more than what we think we see.

What I'm trying to say is: everything has its story. Behind every illustration, every picture, every photograph, behind every music, every play, there is someone who transports his innermost to the outside. Maybe that sounds pathetic, but in reality it is not. Positive but also negative emotions, experiences, longings, ideas, wishes and plans unite to something very personal, but also fragile, to something that tells a story.

With my art I capture that. For me, it's a safe haven that I head for when a storm hits.

If we sincerely look behind facades, we will hear the most incredible stories- of other harbors and anchors that make up life.

Nothing and no one has to "be perfect".
